I’m Justin Hartman, and I’m deeply honored to be part of the VCA family. My roots trace back to a cattle ranch nestled outside Winslow, Arizona, where I was fortunate to grow up under the guidance of my incredible parents. They instilled in me the timeless values of faith, hard work, and the pursuit of education. These principles have been the cornerstone of my journey, and I am a proud alumnus of Northern Arizona University and Grand Canyon University.

After completing my studies, I felt a divine calling to return to Winslow, where I began my professional journey as an English teacher and wrestling coach. Since 2006, I have dedicated my career to educational leadership, serving in various capacities including Principal, Assistant Principal, Federal Programs Coordinator, Athletic Director, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Each role has been a fulfilling opportunity to uplift students, educators, and the community.

I am richly blessed with a loving family. My wife, Candace, who serves as the Administrator of VCA Elementary School, is my steadfast partner in life. Together, we are proud parents of our twin daughters.  Madison is a recent graduate of GCU, and Bailey will complete her degree after serving one more year on the Worship Team.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I channel my entrepreneurial spirit through a real estate business with my father and brother, and I’m actively involved in organizing wrestling tournaments across the southwest, combining my passion for the sport with my commitment to youth development.

For all the blessings in my life, I give glory to God. Every milestone, every accomplishment, and every opportunity is a testament to His grace.
