🦅💙💛 VCA STAFF HIGHLIGHT: MISS JOY CHAGOLLA 💛💙🦅Kindergarten TeacherToday we’re excited to give a special shout-out to Miss Joy Chagolla! One of our VCA parents recently volunteered during hearing screenings and shared this wonderful experience from Miss Joy’s kindergarten class:💬 “VCA has completely spoiled me when it comes to teachers! We’ve had Miss Joy before, and today I was absolutely blown away.Her kindergarten class came into the hearing screening with their hands at their sides, walking in a straight line, and not a single peep! They weren’t upset about having to be quiet—they genuinely looked happy to behave and knew exactly what was expected of them.Later, Miss Joy asked me to help hand out whiteboards, markers, and erasers. Every single student knew exactly what to do. They lined up, waited patiently, and then sat quietly drawing or practicing their writing. I even saw two students writing out and practicing a Bible verse!I. WAS. BLOWN. AWAY. I even told Miss Joy she’s required to come to my house and do whatever she is doing with her class to my kids! 😂Miss Joy is fabulous. I just wanted to give her a shout-out!”We couldn’t agree more! 💛 Miss Joy’s classroom is a beautiful example of how structure, encouragement, high expectations, and Christ-centered teaching can help even our youngest Eagles thrive.Thank you, Miss Joy, for the love, patience, and dedication you pour into your students every day.
