I’m Ben Russel and I have the proud title of administrator of Verde Christian Academy (VCA). I call both Yavapai College and Northern Arizona University my alma maters. I grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania and have lived here in Cottonwood for over twenty years with my wife, Alison. We have five children and are blessed to have all of them experience VCA. I became the leader here back in 2010. Verde Christian Academy and the teachers and families here have had an amazing impact on my life. I’m so blessed to lead at a school where we can focus on excellence in order to reflect God’s glory. Together as a team we are excited about and committed to educating students to; know Christ personally, excel academically, and transform communities for God’s glory!
